Whitney Dafoe improvement

If you are not familiar, Whitney Dafoe, an ME/CFS sufferer is the son of Dr. Ron Davis and Dr. Janet Dafoe. Dr. Davis is the head of Open Medicine Foundation. I have read that Whitney has in recents months noticed some improvement with his debilitating symptoms. Does anyone know if he has had any recent testing that may show differences in biological markers from past testing? Curious if there are any notable changes. Sorry, my brain fog is keeping me from stating this question correctly.

I have not seen anything about any objective markers of the improvement in his functioning. It seems that the increase in functioning may be the result of Abilify.
