Work from home with Assistive Tech

Hello, New to this group.

I am looking for resources on setting up a home office.
Some of my new needs are needing to lie down to do work and creating a setup that works well over a bed.
I am looking at over-the-bed tables and wedge pillows.
I have been using a bed tray but have an opportunity to ask for adaptive equipment to be paid for through my new work.

I fluctuate with my symptoms and am sometimes able to do work longer sitting up than others but it has gotten to the point where I need a better long-term setup.
I used to do hands-on work and now computer and home-based so there are a lot of trying to figure things out.

Can anyone suggest keyboards, tables, wedges, or ways to angle and adjust screens that work for you? I notice the less use of muscles and creating muscle tension, the better. Appreciate your help!
