Can you expand on this, please. My arms are very weak, I must be very cautious in using them to avoid inflammation. In the past, I could not even type more than a few lines w/o pain, but that's no longer so. I thought it was nerve issues.
Taking melatonin never helped me. Other things helped me a bit. But the B12 gave me something I'd never had: reliably lying down and going to sleep within 15 minutes, staying asleep, and returning to sleep quickly if awoken. Such a luxury.
Maybe not relevant here...Bacteria will also eat your iron, leaving you deficient. This was happening to me for the year before I had any understanding. Kept supplementing, high quality Fe, and still levels always tested low.

I've been following along this very long thread. TUDCA is central to the conversation, but this is the first time I've seen references to mast cells, as far as I can recall. Due to the higher cost of TUDCA, I requested an rx from my GP for UDCA, but never bothered to fill it and give it a try...
