For those of you who find THC to help your sleep: what are your experiences if you stop taking it for a few days?
My routine has been to take 10-20 mg of THC edibles on weekend mornings, and not take any on weekdays (so 2 days "on", then 5 days "off"). I sleep fine each night I've taken the THC...
I'm sorry, but it is you who is sadly misinformed. It's unfortunate that you buy into the myth, when a little reading would enlighten you. Here are few places to begin.

This raises an interesting question: is there any reason to believe that solving CFS is going to be easier than solving the major diseases that get hundreds of millions of dollars? For example, is cancer, which gets infinitely more attention and funding, a more complex problem? I don't know the...
This might be the most depressing comment I've read in a while.
I'm sorry but I do not have "another decade or more" to wait for "anything that looks like real working treatment".
Warning ... this post is graphic and probably "TMI" for the squeamish.
Whenever my CFS gets worse, I get pustular acne all over my face and chest. My body is clearly trying to get rid of something. The question is ... what is this Substance X that my system is so desperate to eliminate? Is...
For whatever it's worth, I had FMT. and it did absolutely nothing for my ME/CFS. In retrospect, I wonder if taking antibiotics before the procedure would have helped.
Apologies in advance if this is "too much information", but rubbing antibacterial hand lotion on my hands daily has dramatically improved my bowel movements. Bizarre, isn't it?
Has anyone else experienced this? Any theories as to why?
Thank you for posting this amazing and inspiring talk by Dr Davis.
One minor question I had after watching this is, if pyruvate has an effect like he found, why isn't it going to be useful for treatment?
We patients are extremely fortunate to have Dr Davis working to find a cure; the work that...
This was a really interesting interview. There are other drugs out there (such as dupilumab) that also directly target overactive Type 2 immunity. I wonder if Dr Klimas and Drs Fluge and Mella are looking at those drugs too as a possibility for CFS?
"It suggested than infections, inflammation and metabolic syndrome were not problems in ME/CFS."
Cort, are you quite sure about that? You know more about this stuff than I do, but isn't it eminently possible that (for example) some kind of ongoing infection, perhaps in the gut, is causing the...
Dr Younger has a new website up and running ... https://cas.uab.edu/younger/
Lot of great stuff on it, but I'm a little concerned because there's no mention of the brain temp research with ME/CFS patients. I wonder if that research was shelved?
