Any statistics on me/cfs population vs other diseases?

I can't seem to find any information comparing estimated ME/CFS numbers against other common serious disease estimations like AIDS, Cancer etc. Does anyone have this info or a link to an article on this info? As someone sick with this, it makes it easier for me than trawling through the web trying to summarise each illnesses statistics, which becomes a black hole..
