ARV intermittent therapy

Today was pretty bad with the nausea. And the gas. A little dizzy too. I'm thinking about taking half for a week or two...they say most people get over the sides in the first few weeks but I tend to be the exception to things like that unfortunately.

@EYAKLLE , how long til you saw benefits? Sorry if you've already said...

Quite early but then got bumpy. Had a blue tongue at start then brown till it churned out all the crap it was battling through. It was up n down but more up and then stabilized after 4 or 5 months or so but was always upward curve. I had no real major coinfections but the arv s helped lower hhv6 though that s insignificant as not unique.
My drs followed me closely as i hope they are you

Into the 4th week tenofovir, going take 3 days off this week and see how things pan out.

Hard to tell if anything positive or negative with dam shingles/phn. Cortisone shots seemed to have helped yesterday but still popping a few pain killers.
