I hope the sleep settles into a more manageable pattern soon.

I want to find it as it's a small acknowledgement ME/CFS symptoms are recognised by the DWP and their assessors.

BTW,

I can get LDN from the U.S.....via Singapore. They've already explained on their website that there isn't a problem with U.K customs.
This would save me having to wait for my medical records. BUT.....It's cheaper here in the U.K. Waiting for my medical records is just an annoying inconvenience to me and I'll let the senior GP know this.
