How did Cort Johnson recover?

My apologies if this is posted somewhere, but Cort Johnson writes a lot of recovery stories- I'm curious if he has written about himself. I can't find information about what he did, whether he has recovered from ME/CFS, etc. etc.

EDIT: Or why do I think that Cort recovered when his Twitter bio says "ME/CFS patient for 30 plus years"?

Great answer. I wish that more people were recovered and didn't have to deal with ME/CFS... Cort's work certainly helps to push in that direction.
