Dr. Cort, I thought this issue was put to bed scientifically for ME/CFS Long Haul Covid? As the administrator of this site, and Doctor, can't you shut this down? I served in the military to protect free speech but in the medical arena, free speech in the scientific community is based on medical studies, (plural). I hear many people talk about ivermectin and it just seems to get under my skin a little bit.

This just in from Dr. Ryan Cole on Vit D Importance and Ivermectin, a MUST view.

The so called covid experts have done nothing but damage and kill more with their UNAPPROVED shots and
yes they are NOT approved. Everyone doing the jabs are the clinical trial animals.

The experts knew nothing and still do not and won't admit to anything wrong they have done....

Yes, Jamin, millions are subjects of experimental gene therapy labeled as vaccines. Perpetrators are being sued at The Hague but don’t hold your breath.

FWIW, I took three doses of 12 mg ivermectin last few weeks as part of the Covid
Prevention Protocol at FLCCC because my wife had Covid for ten nasty days. Despite living in same house (I wore mask and she was in partial isolation) , I did not get Covid. Long Covid could even worsen our FM or ME so I ain’t getting it.

The FrontLine docs I have been with since March 2020, all praised Ivermectin and govt poo poo'd...they want everyone to be sick and take their garbage.

Thanks Steve for your info and glad you are doing good.

Millions have been damaged with the jabs.

Jaminhealth, I'm sorry I offended you. I don't claim to know more than you nor do I claim to know more than Doctors but I do know how to fact-check what the majority of the WHO, CDC, NIH, and AMA, have to say. But please keep up updated on your prescribed dose and if it has any side effects. I am wrong in understanding that this site was soliciting donations, like the $100.00 I made to the Open Medicine Foundation (OMF), for the scientific research of ME/CFS. I was under the impression that Mr. Johnson was a practicing physician which I am sure he is smart enough to be, having a B.A. in Philosophy, M.S. in Environmental Sciences, and dealing with his own illness, is way more than I know. He'll forget more than I will ever learn about ME/CFS.

"Merck, the pharmaceutical company that manufactures ivermectin, has similarly noted that there is “[n]o scientific basis for a potential therapeutic effect against COVID-19 from pre-clinical studies; No meaningful evidence for clinical activity or clinical efficacy in patients with COVID-19 disease, and; A concerning lack of safety data in the majority of studies.”

I hope it works for you and others. Ivermectin is very effective in killing parasites. But I hope you can see why I questioned it.

Firstly, you have NOT offended me. Too too many just do NOT know all that is behind this covid mess and CDC, FDA, Pharma are NOT our friends, you have got to "get this" They are not to be trusted. Long long mess here and I'm not going into all I believe about it all. Tomorrow night on Coast Coast there is a Dr. Huff speaking on the Wuhan lab and the so called virus and how it's said it all started in the U.S. and I've heard in a North Carolina lab.

I have not taken Ivermectin but would not hesitate to, but I've not been sick, so I have no issues. Ivermectin has been around for a long long time and it's being discussed for this covid stuff. It's a cheap old drug and pharma wanted to make the billions it has made on the unapproved "shot"...... they are not our friends.

Get involved with the FrontLine docs (Simone Gold) and the one and great Del BigTree....these people are our friends............

Professor Paul Marick who is the most highly published intensive care specialist in the world has repeatedly noted the mass disinformation campaign by big pharma against Ivermectin. Professor Marick and his colleagues at the FLCCC have released this document which outlines the overwhelming evidence in favour of Ivermectin's use for treating people with Covid-19:
Plus here is another that examines the very high safety profile of Ivermectin:

Ivermectin is both safe and very effective for treating Long Covid:
BY the way science does not progress by censorship.

I was diagnosed with the exact same symptoms as Long Covid in 2018 before Covid and vaccines were an issue by Dr. Peter Novak/Dr. Christopher Doughty/Dr. David Systrom, who are the foremost authorities on Long Covid, ME/CFS. They have never mentioned ivermectin as a treatment.

Are you on it or have you been prescribed the drug? Please, keep us advised on how your treatment goes with ivermectin. It is really hard to find first-hand experience with this treatment.

If you have ME/CFS then why don't you try it? Isn't this thread advocating for ivermectin as a treatment for ME/CFS? Just curious.

Professor Paul Marick who is the most highly published intensive care specialist in the world is not a fringe doctor. The Scientific American article is a disgraceful hit piece. Marick and his colleagues who are all world renown specialists in their respective fields, they have developed a protocol for treating Long Covid that involves Ivermectin. This protocol is having alot of success in treating Long Covid patients.

You are going to believe in ivermectin no matter what anyone says. Everyone else is a stooge, even doctors with PHDs, Doctorates, Masters's Degrees in Environmental Science, etc... There is nothing wrong with that. But why did you select this site as your platform to make your argument? No Doctors on this site's expert panel, nor the Doctors from the sponsors OMF, You + ME, etc... do not recommend this as a treatment. I'm really trying to follow all the links which are either removed, retracted, redacted, etc.. I have been successful in viewing many trials and studies from third-world countries. Then again the point is made that if you give ivermectin, a treatment for parasites in third world countries it will work on many people because parasites are more prevalent in many third world tropical countries. But there are also parasites that kill people if they take ivermectin because if you kill the parasite, the parasite kills the host like parasitoids and horsehair worms. I can see how any drug with antiviral properties will help people but I've yet to have it recommended for its use nor can I find any Doctors in the Boston area that will prescribe it to me. To say everyone that doesn't recommend it is evil or the enemy is not a fair statement.

As far as big pharma getting rich, all my vaccines have cost me nothing.

Beneficial for Fibro? I believe Fibro is not parasitic, more muscle issues. Maybe it could help ME/CFS but who knows...

In all the years of the Fibro dx I've gotten I've read so much about the thyroid fibro connection, if thyroid is not optimal fibro will hit us more. Many take the wrong thyroid med or the wrong dose and are not getting optimal support.

I deal with more OA than Fibro, but it's all mixed in.
Hi, I’m just here wanting to share my experience with fibromyalgia and ivermectin. I was diagnosed in 2015 with horrible fibromyalgia. It got so bad that I couldn’t work anymore. I spent 3 years basically in bed, crying everyday. I started ivermectin paste twice a day in February of this year and within a week my brain fog was gone, I had more energy and my pain was lessening. 6 months later and I’m now back to work and living my life normally as I did before I was diagnosed. I really thought my life was over! Doctors couldn’t help me, medications didn’t help and only gave me horrible side effects. No cure for fibromyalgia??? I beg to differ and want to scream it from the rooftops. It’s crazy how people think I’m insane for what I’m saying and completely blow me off. It’s their loss. I can lead a horse to water but I sure can’t make them drink! Yes, I eat horse paste twice a day and I’ll never stop as long as I never have to feel that pain ever again! I hope my story can help someone else out there in pain!

Great and when you have a chance, pls post the brand you take and how much. The FM I deal with is managable but I'd like to hear...

On the covid jabs, they are worthless and more and more has come out on this.

Yes, that would be great if you could post the brand and how much you take. Did a doctor prescribe it or a veterinarian? What is your doctor's name so we can get in to see him/her. Is this the only medication you take? People defend ivermectin with a passion but we would like to get the specifics so we know how to use it. Thank You for your story!!!!

Amazing post. Thanks, LL, I'm, in tap out level pain here for weeks, 3 weeks ago diagnosed with pancreatititis and gastrititis that are both essentially inflammation and suspect caused by FM. Awful feedback pain loop, ramped up my FM pain. The risk/reward for the horse paste/iver seems way in favor of using it, got a few tubes online at start of pandemic. Took a few doses as preventive in 2020. Takes guts to swallow stuff like this, good for you for doing. Had brutal psychologicallly and physically horrible and expensive IV ketamine treatment for FM pain last week, didn't touch my pain and like being in the Matrix movie, ego dissolution, awful, and I'm stable to begin with. Dealing with increasing FM pain for a decade was awful but add a few more disorders they essentially say only say "don't eat fats and just hope" is not good, down from 138 pounds to 118, scary. This forum is the only group of people who care and know anything about FM and ME.

I don't think you're insane. I've done similar things trying to get a cure for this illness. Almost everything I tried did help, but later it stopped helping.

I've also taken ivermectin. In a daily dose it produces painful muscle paralysis for me. It has the same effect in dogs sometimes. The side effect is well documented. It's definitely a "horrible side effect."

Originally I was using the research done on filiaria with ivermectin to decide on my dosage. It's never really meant to be taken daily. It has a long residual effect.

For these reasons I doubt your story. It's far too glib. And it folows the pattern of other online hoaxes. Especially the part about "it's their loss." If you had any empathy for people who had suffered what you suffered, you wouldn't be so mean about it.
