Idea: Have you ever tried making a chart of all your lab results from different doctors over the years (or at least over the past decade, or for important tests that might need to be done only once)?
It's great to hear that you've seen improvement! I'm hoping that I also am able to use the labs to get better. Wishing you the best!I put all my lab results in a spreadsheet for the last 17 years. More than 2500 data points.
Main reason was that I didn't find a doctor aiding my in accessing the improvements or worsening by lifestyle-changes, like diet. Or Orthomolecular supplementation. To see what intervention did what. And adjust accordingly.
Basically all bodily system where out of whack. But improvements just of kidney and liver, had already a big impact. Took me 7 years to experience remission from a walking-disability from PAD, 10 years until I got rid of constant PEMs (working half-time).
