Hi All,
I am a Data Scientist/ Machine Learning expert with over 17 years of experience in Analytical Methods. I was a patient myself having for almost 9 years several symptoms of Chronic Fatigue and also Post-Finasteride syndrome.
I decided to use my profession in order to find what is going on with CFS. For the past 4 years i have been analysing several types of Data (including 23andme data and Pubmed Papers). For this work, advanced Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing algorithms have been used to perform automatically hypotheses as to what lies behind CFS and other syndromes having similar symptoms.
I am trying to get in contact with Researchers because people do get results by following a personalised regimen. I tried to contact several Researchers but to no avail so far.
In a nutshell : I believe that CFS, Post-Finasteride Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Post-Accutane Syndrome (and more syndromes) have the same biological basis.
I would also like to point the fact, that the techniques that i used have identified Pyruvate Dehydrogenase 1 year before the Research by Fluge :

Please see below a snapshot from a post i made on a FB Group about CFS :
On the red rectangle, a teenage girl is shown that has CFS but after reading my post she remembered that she has used Accutane.
One more example of an ex-Accutane user in Phoenix Rising :

Note : I do not imply here that drugs such as Accutane do cause CFS as i am not a Medical professional.
The algorithms have unveiled the importance of Vitamin K related pathways and genes such as MERTK, GAS6, AXL, TYRO3, SH2B3 and also Bile acid metabolism, Sulfation and Carboxylation (among others)
Now, please look at the following link on Phoenix Rising :

In this post i wanted to identify the importance of Vitamin-K proteins with an autoimmune disease such as Lupus. Note that Rituximab was used for Lupus patients.
Please go through the thread as i am trying to have people see that there could be a potential link between these Vitamin K related proteins and several autoimmune diseases.
Professor Jonathan Edwards (Rituximab) steps in, saying that the method that i used is "Garbage-In, Garbage-out" meaning that the input data are garbage, therefore the output will be also Garbage.
In yet another post, i ask from Jonathan Edwards to comment :
http://forums.phoenixrising.me/inde...sted-research-on-cfs.51283/page-4#post-853658
Unfortunately, No comment has been made from him so far. I will inform this thread should he chooses to comment.
In full responsibility of what i am writing here, i hypothesise that a personalised regimen may ameliorate or even reverse symptoms of these Syndromes . I am asking from any Research team to evaluate this Hypothesis ASAP. If anyone can help to achieve this, please do so.
Thank you
