Medical Lab Tests, Questionable

I'm doing some research on my recent labs and it was brought to my attention by myself and a friend(s) that MOST docs I think like to do Fasting Labs....I have not done Fasting Labs for many years. So actually, doing bloodwork non fasting is the way we live and we don't walk thru life Fasting... Make Sense...

When issues are seen, then we need to address them.

Like this last report, my potassium came up too low, I like to see potassium mid range or upper mid range, so now I'm taking more potassium as low potassium causes more Fatigue. And other issues.

Had a tele appt with MD the other day to go over labs, and YES, fasting or non fasting can make a difference and I never do fasting labs...we talked about this and to take things into consideration on the lab report.
