Metronome Walking

I have mild-mod symptoms. I started walking with a metronome, so that I could max out my aerobic fitness without triggering anaerobic burning. It mostly eliminated my post-exercise malaise. It's hard to speed up or slow down in minuscule amounts. By increasing by one beat (step) per minute, I can precisely modulate my exercise.

I find this concept so interesting!

I'd love to hear more about it. Are you walking in a room with a metronome?

I walk outside. I was doing slow walks and finishing with a walk-sprint. The latter wiped me out, and the former felt like not enough. I started with a beat that allowed me to do a mile aerobically, and I increase by one beat per day....less than a one percent increase.
