Interesting read. I came across something recently about the use of breathing exercise devices. Do you think one of those would be worth trying? I have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Myofascial Pain and recent fatigue that has yet to be diagnosed. My internist recently sent me for a blood test for Myasthenia Gravis. I've never had trouble breathing, but have never had any testing done in that area.

Hello, unfortunately I don't know if you have all the symptoms that fit the door to chronic hyperventilation. If you are chronically hyperventilating, then I think the device is counterproductive. I can recommend a book to you:

This book describes the symptoms very well, and also how you can help yourself. I hope you get well soon!

I’m pretty sure that I don’t have that. I just find it an intriguing avenue for testing and treatment.

Norbert & family, thanks very much for your post. I am so very happy she has improved.

Wanted to say I would keep an open mind for other testing, such as an alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency in blood test, then if low do the genetic test.

Rule this out 100% because there is now hope; they just cured 9 people with Alpha 1 in America & are doing various clinical sites with 160 more to get FDA approval.

I wish her continued wellness x x. God bless all of you there & thank you so much for this post x x
