Well I have been ordering some tests in my own ways for some time now....

Cause it's just ridiculous going to a doctor and asking "I wanna be tested for Lyme" and getting a "No you don't have the symptoms (talking about the bulls eye rash)" as response.

With the stuff I'm sharing here I think I'll have to burn my account one day.

Walgreen's is working with a place called Theranos which uses much less blood. I had heard it was the same as LabCorp however the Walgreen's site says you must have a doctors orders.

The other issue with the Labcorp testing, is how do you get the blood drawn?

I was told that you can go to most blood drawing remote labs like Quest or at a hospital and the actual draw does not cost much, $25.00 or so.

The entire point for me would be to not have to drag all over. since I'm mostly housebound. My doc will run pretty much what I ask.

I am living in a rual area, having to travel 150 miles round trip, not to mention there are "NO" physicians who are educated enough to even treat long-term ME/CFS.
In the last 6 months, I have never been so poorly treated, I dont even want to go into see them here in Montana.

All I have asked, is to get more definitive testing or referrals to specialists.
Even that has proved to be near impossible? It has taken a minimum of 6 mos, to by pass providers, for even 2 specialists.

a.) If I order my own tests, how can I get it covered by Medicare Insurance?

b.). Is there any one who can assist in that process?

Other than the standard metabolic labs, which come up relatively normal.
The doctors don't go any further despite the fact, I continue to deteriorate rather aggressively.

These are online sites where you just have to go get the blood drawn. Contact them and see about medicare reimbursement. I don't know if they will reimburse if not doctor referred.

There are docs that will use Skype.

We all go through that doctor BS and pay huge sums out of pocket. I'm switching to original medicare at a huge cost so I don't have to deal with BS and can go to who I want when I want.
