I do find this fascinating. Our son has had a diagnosis of me/cfs for the past five years and recently has been diagnosed with orofacial granulomatosis, which is primarily a swelling and cracking of the lips. However, it's been suggested that it might be linked to, or an early symptom of, chron's disease. In which case the two conditions (OFG and ME/CFS) could potentially be linked by dysfunctional gut health. It's not something we've explored yet but will be looking into it!
