The article that Rivka Solomun wrote about her life with ME for Awareness Month, which first appeared in STAT, was republished in Business Insider last week and has now been published in The Week. Both republications appeared in the Yahoo News feed.

Isn't that something; they are really picking it up.

Great start to the blog - really lays out how devastating ME/CFS can be.

It started with a bout of mononucleosis. Two college roommates and I got it at the same time. They felt better after a month. I didn't. Decades later, I'm still living with bone-penetrating exhaustion and brain fog as thick as pea soup. I spent much of my 30s and 40s tethered to my bed, too weak to function. I've had to abandon both my career in international relations and my social life.

Everybody please share the article on their Facebook and other feeds.

I just hope they haven't misspelled her name. She is called Solomon in my FB feed...
Thanks, @Remy. I wondered about the spelling. Her surname appears as "Solomon" in other sources, so I will go with that and correct the thread title.
