Don't you think this method would work well for people too? ;)

Now there's a real motivator. :p Why didn't I think of that?

I'll need to find some GF DF low-carb, low sugar cookies that I can stand to eat, though. :meh: Don't talk to me about coconut flour or oil. I dislike both enough that I'd rather do without than eat baked goods made with them.

Put a small cookie next to your left hip. Twist to the right until you can grab the cookie. Hoooold. Now eat. Repeat on the other side.

Sit on the floor and put a cookie between your heels. Slide (or scooch) back until your legs are straight. Reach for the cookie. Hooooold. Now eat. Good girl!

Balance a cookie on your left shoulder. Reach over your head with your right arm and grab the cookie. Hoooold. Now eat. Repeat with other arm.

Advanced: Put on a hoodie. Toss some cookies into the hood. Reach over your head and grab a cookie out of the hood. Hooold. Now eat. Repeat with the other arm.

Chocolate should work in place of the cookie. I've got some GF DF chocolate chips that might work. ;)

Hey, this is kinda fun!
