So much talk about anxiety and over my long life I had an episode and that was probably 20 yrs ago and I've learned to use "calmers" to keep my body/mind calmer.....I've worked with and use the first one every day:

Inositol
L Theanine
Gaba

Good to do meditation to keep that mind calmed and change what is going on and also some talk therapy if you have not already done that.

So many are hooked on benzos and I had some yrs ago but no more....memory loss issues from long term use of these drugs.
