The DEA recently issued "clarification" that it includes CBD as a prohibited "drug." According to them, it's in the same legal classification as whole cannabis.

It asks the government to stop the DEA's lies published on its website. It cites the fact that lying to the public is illegal and it cites dozens of the lies posted on the DEA website.
