Reboot your Microbiome (Orthomolecular)

Thomas Levy MD is asking for feedback on his protocol for helping the body to recover from microbiome damage. What I found intriguing about it is his saying to use the protocol more often in case of a "viral" event. I have chronic Epstein Barr and that fits with what I need. All the components seem harmless enough. Use caution, make the first batch at half strength just in case, use common sense of course. But it seems like a reasonable plan and since biofilms are an issue for me, I think, I will be trying it.

There are several foods that weaken biofilms also, particularly garlic, when allowed to soak for 10 min, crushed, in a bit of water, then eaten with food. I have an ongoing "war on biofilms."

If you try this method, let him know how it worked out.
