The distillery is in Kentucky, so I guess the "11:59 pm" is Eastern Standard Time. Oh wait. Part of Kentucky is Eastern Time and part Central. I need more information.

Edit: The distillery is Frankfort, Ky, which is in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

The vote is for every day, and it's a 24 hour system. I thought I voted at 7:01 yesterday, but I didn't get the "vote" button until 7:03. Until 24 hours have elapsed, you will get "thank you for voting."
