Help Ryan Prior win $50K for ME/CFS education

Thank you, @Lissa. You inspired me to have another look at the competitors.
On the 13 pages of contestants, the most recent entrants are first. New contestants have signed up since the last time I looked in late July. Most of the contestants who signed up in the summer of 2015 or before don't appear to be accumulating votes. This time I didn't look beyond page 7. Anyone who wants to check for activity beyond page 7, go ahead.
This time I only collected the totals for contestants with more than 10,000 votes, that is, the closest competitors to Ryan Prior, who as of this afternoon, 25 July, 21,738 votes.
