I haven't found success with a TENS unit. I think this is different but I'm still resistant to try only because TENS doesn't help me at all.

I've never tried a TENS because I was holding out for this. Portability is a big factor to me. Most people said that if it doesn't work in 60 days you should return it. I knocked mine and scratched it on my wheelchair around the house and so I kept mine. I did a lot of fiddling with it settings and strength wise. I'm glad I kept it despite the inconvenience. It does help a little. I currently can't get help with pain from any doctors (specialist is out of state and pcp doesn't think I should be on more meds or even meet a pain specialist). It is expensive to upkeep (30$ a month + 15 every 6 months, + intial cost). If you want one get a new one thru cvs during a holiday sale!

I was thinking if it ever goes on sale on Amazon I will possibly order it because as a PRIME member I have a month to return it.

Yeah that isn't bad, in general the company has a 60 day return policy- it doesn't tend to go on sale on amazon. On cvs I got mine 25% off.

A few competitors have launched now I've noticed- stay tuned for those... some were cheaper!
