Method to Rebalance Autonomic Nervous System in 14 days?

I'm normally a pretty "chill" personality, so I'm surprised to notice that I feel a lot more relaxed, overall. I had no idea this deeper level existed, and I really like it. I put a little pillow under my hips yesterday (@Remy) and didn't notice any immediate difference. But it's very...

    Disease poll

I have removed my vote, since only half of choice #1 is true for me.

    Disease poll

If yes, it wasn't memorable (meaning particularly awful or unusual). I had 2 young children, and wouldn't have noticed if I shared their flus and colds.

It's confusing that you lumped Ramsay and CCC together. I completely fit the CCC descriptors, but did not have a viral onset. I don't even remember the onset, it was so gradual. So I said yes ME.

Emotional Healing Key for Fibromyalgia Patient

I've used them, and I like how they feel. They're very gentle, and I can't see that they could possibly be unsafe. I didn't work with a practitioner. They never made a dent in physical symptoms, and emotionally I got farther faster with meditation and EFT.

    Mixing up Peptides.

My bad! I went on their website and got a 'no such product' message. I'll try again when I'm ready to buy. Meanwhile, I'm very interested in following your experiment.

Method to Rebalance Autonomic Nervous System in 14 days?

Yes, I have a small collection! I started with Hemi-Sync years ago; Journey Home was a favorite for a decade. About a year ago I discovered iAwake. I own and use Schumann Holophonic, Deep Delta, and Sleeping Heart. I also use their Profound Meditation 3.0, which includes 2 CDs with delta...

    Mixing up Peptides.

I saw that in the article. Blue Sky doesn't sell this product any more, and all 3 vendors charge a lot more than Remy paid: "one vial of this stuff was like $25"

Method to Rebalance Autonomic Nervous System in 14 days?

@Wayne I'm lying anywhere easy and comfortable where I can support my legs at a 90 degree angle. I can lie on the floor with my butt right against the couch, legs on the couch cushion. Or I can lie on the couch with my feet on the couch arm if it's low enough, or flat against the couch arm...

    Mixing up Peptides.

My doctor emailed back "very very cool!" Apparently the peptides bodybuilders use are not the same as the ones used by the developers of the Oxford formula. I'm very curious to hear about your results. Would you please also share details like where you ordered everything from, and if you...

New research: GERD could be immune-mediated

Objective To evaluate histologic features of esophageal inflammation in acute GERD to study its pathogenesis. The way I understood the study, it confirmed that PPIs lower stomach acid and control esophageal inflammation through that mechanism. What has shifted is the belief that regurgitated...

    Mixing up Peptides.

Well this is interesting! @Remy how did you decide on the BPC-157? I saw Hugocfs' post on PR, and the people he refers to have a variety of peptide formulations depending on symptoms. I also read the article you linked to, and see that this can be taken orally. Big plus! Meanwhile I've...

Resource An Overview of Pacing and the Energy Envelope Hypothesis

I started stretching exercises a few weeks ago, and it got to be too much. I've switched to stretching on my bed before getting up, always lying flat. This is working very well. There are no HR issues with gentle slow stretching, and it doesn't feel like I'm stressing anything. I can work a...

Method to Rebalance Autonomic Nervous System in 14 days?

It's easy to get my head lower, but what's the reason for it? It feels counter-intuitive to make it harder for my body to pump fluids out of my head.

Method to Rebalance Autonomic Nervous System in 14 days?

This is so easy to try! Fun fun fun. Yesterday I did this lying on the floor with my legs up on the couch, reading a book. Today I did it lying on the couch with my legs bent at the correct angle, feet against the (slightly sloped) couch arm, while using a meditation CD. My bent legs...

If You Were Healthy Would You Date Your (Sick) Self? An ME/CFS/FM Inquiry

People I know with chronic conditions, including being old (my mom is 95) seem to go in one of two directions. The ones I can't get along with are demanding and self-centered, with an expectation of being cared for. The ones I love being around are compassionate and gentle, and grateful for...

Fibromyalgia Immune Blood Test Going Mainstream?

I just got off the phone with Dr. Bruce Gillis from the fibromyalgia testing company. He was completely open to answering any questions about my test. A score of 55 means I have FM, but the white blood cells the test is run on change every 7 days. Also FM fluctuates, and apparently that...

    "Here Comes the Sun"...Oh No!

I'm heat sensitive and bright-intolerant, but I'm very very happy outside looking away from the sun on a warm day. I get unhappy super-fast if I do anything energetic. But I can last for hours if the temperature is right, gardening while sitting in the dirt. I hear those microbes are also...

Fibromyalgia Immune Blood Test Going Mainstream?

I took a screen shot of the results, but can't figure out how to copy that here. The results are very disappointing. All you get is a number (1-100), which is your result, on a graph. If your number is below 50 you are "not confirmable." 50-80 is "confirmable." 81-90 is "strongly...

Fibromyalgia Immune Blood Test Going Mainstream?

My doctor just emailed me that this test was positive. I should get a copy of the results in the morning. I never thought I had fibromyalgia because the diagnostic trigger points don't bother me. Now I see that they aren't used for diagnosis any more. The rest of the symptom picture fits me...
