The one exercise that has worked for me without causing flares is water physical therapy when I lived in Raleigh NC. I cannot find a similar facility here either covered by my insurance or affordable. I so wish.

There are lots of pools but not therapeutic pools. For me, the outside temperature and water temperature have to be at or above body temperature. But it is Las Vegas. I can wait until it gets warmer and do my own therapy. Funny how the mind doesn't consider obvious solutions. Brain fog.
