I was in another PEM crash/recovery day. Flat on the couch, low cognition, pain everywhere. Hips were in a vice, limbs weighed down with lead, you know, the usual. I had a blunt I bought months ago and thought what the heck, what do I have to lose on ...  this day at this point. Nothing. So I smoked some, felt nothing, smoked some more. Meanwhile my partner was high as a kite and I was just...normal. My old normal. I felt like gravity wasn't pulling on me, my head felt clearer, I was still aware that things hurt but the volume on those had been dialled down from an 11 to a 1. Aware, but unbothered. Heart rate still climbing on standing, but not having the rush of anxiety-adrenaline-rage that normally comes with it. I had enough energy to make dinner and clean up after. Did I forget what I was reaching for? Sometimes, but didn't care, remembered eventually. I was laughing at a silly movie. This might be my whole personality now. Will try again and report back.

I decided to try cannabis for nausea & ill effects from PEM. First, gummy edibles, then smoking to get faster results. It makes me feel significantly better in mood and energy. In fact, it enables me to greatly increase my activity almost as though I ...  don't have ME/CFS! But it's a double-edged sword: this increase in activity then results in the onset of PEM, typically the following day. Have had to learn to hold back my activity level from what I feel capable of. Another downside is that it definitely affects my short-term memory and cognitive ability while "high". Thus, have had to restrain my consumption as well, as often just one good hit of the stuff they grow these days can make me "higher" than I want or need to be.

Need help with multi-symptom chronic fatigue syndrome

I was having a great deal of trouble sleeping and had tried many things over many years. Nothing helped until I tried Abx Sleepy Time drops. I take the drops about 1/2 an hour before I want to go to sleep and I reliably get 9-10 hours of great sleep. ...  The drops are expensive: about $2/night, but they are worth it.

Restless leg syndrome prevents sleep. 10mg gummies or 10mg oil are a godsend for sleep. Need 1-2 times a week.

I have had CFS for 7 years . Housebound mostly .
I tried a hemp product from the Immunocorp company called anandatol.
Improvement in anxiety , depression ,and energy .
Also tried berberine for insulin resistance and got good results for the constant...  hunger.
