Linalool - a substance found in plants in the mint family and Cannabis - is ordinarily too volatile to be useful in fibromyalgia. Put it in a nanoparticle, though, and things may be different.
Most of the focus in medical marijuana has been on THC and CBD but other parts of the plant have mediciinal values as well. Check out a focus on how other phytocannabinoids such as CBN, CBG as well as terpenes, linalool, beta caryophylene, etc. could help with pain, sleep, etc. in fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.
